Trackomatic India Private Limited (TIPL) warrants that all supplied industrial equipment shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning or supply, whichever occurs earlier.
This warranty reflects our engineering commitment to durability under extreme railway operating conditions, including high vibration cycles, dynamic loads, and environmental exposure. Coverage is strictly limited to manufacturing and assembly defects verified under controlled inspection. TIPL reserves the sole right to diagnose and classify defects based on technical evaluation protocols.
Warranty obligations are fulfilled through repair, replacement, or rectification at TIPL’s discretion. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free performance under all field conditions.

Global Coverage
Warranty coverage applies worldwide; however, all logistics including transportation, insurance, customs duties, and site access costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Services are executed via designated service hubs or authorized partners.
OEM Dependency
Third-party components including sensors, control systems, and electronics are governed by their respective manufacturer warranties. TIPL acts as a facilitator but does not extend independent warranty beyond OEM scope.
Exclusions
Warranty excludes consumables, wear-and-tear parts, improper storage, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, non-compliant operation, lack of maintenance, or environmental damage beyond design specifications.

Warranty claims must be initiated through a formal Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Required documentation includes serial identification, failure description, operational logs, and site conditions.
TIPL reserves the right to reject incomplete submissions or claims lacking verifiable technical evidence.
Legal & Technical Disclaimer
This limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. TIPL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, operational downtime, or third-party claims.
All warranty determinations are subject to final inspection and validation at TIPL’s authorized facility. The decision of TIPL’s technical committee shall be final and binding in all warranty matters.
